SEGREGANSETT RIVER

Put in at the Berkley Bridge on the Taunton River. It was high tide, which is the only way to go if you want to make it all the way up the Segregansett River. You must travel south on the Taunton River until you reach the railroad bridge on the right, which will take you on to the Segregansett.

This river gets more narrow, and more shallow the further up stream you go. If the tide is not high enough, you will not be able to make it up river to the dam. We were at peak high tide, and easily made it all the way up river.
